A full website design and build for a not-for-profit that has connected North Queenslanders with work for nearly 40 years.
Q.I.T.E. helps job seekers find meaningful work and helps local businesses build great teams, from seven offices stretching from Mareeba and Townsville to Mount Isa. The new website had to speak to three very different audiences at once: employers looking for staff, job seekers looking for support, and the communities Q.I.T.E. reinvests in.
We designed and built the site in Webflow around those three pathways, with clear routes into recruitment, labour hire and Workforce Australia support, a locations page covering every office, and a calm, confident look that keeps people front and centre. It is fast, fully responsive and simple to navigate on any device.
A brand built around its name.
A new logo and brand identity that puts Quality Impact Through Employment at the heart of the brand.
We designed a new logo for Q.I.T.E. that pairs a friendly, rounded wordmark with bright teal full stops, and locks the meaning of the name, Quality Impact Through Employment, in with the mark. It is confident enough for a regional leader in employment services and warm enough for the people who walk through their doors every day.
Around the logo we built a complete brand system: a midnight blue, teal and tomato palette, Plus Jakarta Sans and Manrope typography, and bold arc shapes that carry through the website and beyond. The brand guidelines live online as a simple brand portal, with every logo, colour value and font ready to download.
