Creative storytelling that makes culture and sustainability accessible
We produced a suite of photography and video content around water and waste management, educating residents on sustainable practices while showcasing the Council’s behind-the-scenes work. By presenting these services in an engaging way, we strengthened public awareness and civic pride.
From cultural initiatives like Flame Arts to practical education on water and waste, our work with Cairns Regional Council shares one goal: building stronger connections with the community. Through authentic content and strategic design, we’ve helped increase awareness, deepen engagement, and demonstrate how creativity can drive both cultural vibrancy and public understanding.
Innovative campaigns supporting environmental awareness, infrastructure education, and cultural initiatives
Cairns Regional Council strives to address critical issues impacting residents and visitors alike. To ensure action within our community, we have created several campaigns to promote responsible practices and highlight key services.
One significant initiative was the “Bin it, Don’t Flush it” campaign, developed to raise awareness about the deadly effect improper waste disposal is having on the Great Barrier Reef. We designed attention-grabbing graphics to convey the environmental warning, printed boldly on trucks and vans travelling around the community to ensure maximum exposure.
