An integral part of the Maven Dental family, 1300SMILES has been helping independent dentists provide affordable family dental care across Australia for over three decades. Facing a shortage of professionals locally, the organisation planned sought to attract talent from overseas.
As a part of this mission, we produced a video to emphasise their international relocation program. To highlight the opportunities and lifestyle changes for international dentists in Australia, we interviewed Dr. Charlotte Smith, a dentist whose personal journey of moving from Glasgow to Cairns offered keen insight for viewers and raised engagement.
The video's success led to a nationwide campaign, enhancing 1300SMILES brand presence and recruitment efforts.
Whilst initially focused on Cairns, the campaign’s impact was so significant that Maven Dental expanded the project’s scope to include additional locations across Australia, reaching new audiences and improving brand awareness.
We highlighted real-life success stories by filming onsite at Maven Dental’s associate brands across Australia, communicating the professional growth and lifestyle perks gained from joining their network. This approach bolstered their recruitment campaign and reinforced their reputation as a leading dental care provider.
