What is the difference between Hosting and Care?

Hosting keeps your site online on our servers. Care is the ongoing management on top: updates, security, backups and optimisation. Hosting is the server, Care is the team looking after it.

Do I need a Care plan?

No. Hosting works on its own. Care is for businesses that want us to keep the site updated, secure and optimised so they do not have to.

Can Care go on a Webflow site?

Yes. Care is available for Webflow and other sites we build, not just WordPress.

What does the included hour of changes cover?

On Care+ it covers small content and product tweaks each month. It does not roll over, and larger work is quoted separately.

Is there a lock in contract?

You can pay monthly or annually, whichever suits. Get in touch and we will walk you through the details before you commit to anything.

What happens if my site goes down?

We monitor uptime around the clock and are alerted the moment something looks off, so issues are usually picked up and sorted before you even notice.
