Specialist content crew in Cairns.

Some shots take more than a camera and a good eye. They take a CASA licence, a rig that runs for months on its own, or a camera arm bolted to a moving car. This is the kit and the crew for the footage a standard shoot can't reach.

Get the shot from the sky, properly licensed.

Licensed, insured and CASA certified, so we can fly commercially and close to people, right across Cairns and Far North Queensland. Construction progress, tourism or events, we get the aerial angle and land it ready to publish.

Long term timelapse

Long term timelapse

Watch the whole build in sixty seconds.

A self sufficient camera rig, solar powered and connected over 4G, left on site for as long as the project runs. It captures every stage from empty lot to finished build, then we cut it into a timelapse worth showing off.

Vehicle follow

Vehicle follow

Rolling footage that looks like a film.

Our Tilta Hydra Alien car rig mounts a stabilised camera to a chase vehicle, so we can track a moving car, bike or machine and hold it rock steady. The result is smooth, cinematic rolling footage you won't get handheld or from a tripod.

Frequently asked questions

Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes. We're CASA certified, which means we can legally fly commercially and near people right across Cairns and Far North Queensland. We carry insurance and handle the approvals, so you get the aerial shot without the compliance headache.
How long can a long-term timelapse run for?

As long as the project does. The rig is solar powered and connected over 4G, so it looks after itself on site for months or even years. We monitor it remotely and pull the footage down as the build progresses, then edit the final timelapse whenever you're ready.

What is the vehicle follow rig?

It's a Tilta Hydra Alien, a professional stabilised camera arm that mounts to a vehicle. It holds the camera steady while both the rig car and the subject are moving, which is what gives you that smooth, cinematic rolling look you can't get handheld or from a tripod.

What can you film with the vehicle rig?

Anything that moves. Cars, bikes, trucks and machinery are the usual ones, but if it moves and you want it to look cinematic, the rig can track it and keep it steady.

How much does specialist content cost?

It depends on the shoot. A half-day of aerial work sits very differently to a year-long timelapse install or a full vehicle-follow production. We quote a fixed price once we understand the project, agreed before we start.

Do you travel outside Cairns?
Yes. We travel both regionally and nationally — wherever the shoot is, we'll get there. Tell us the location and we'll factor it into the quote.
