A compelling video campaign attracting international dentists to join 1300 Smiles expanding team, renowned as a cornerstone of Australia’s dental care industry.
Strategic video initiative highlighting global opportunities for dentists to build rewarding careers in Australia.
For over three decades, 1300SMILES has empowered independent dentists to provide affordable family dental care across Australia. Facing a growing demand for skilled professionals, the organisation sought to expand their team by attracting talent from overseas.
To achieve this, we produced a video showcasing their international relocation program. This included an interview with a dentist, Dr. Charlotte Smith, who recently relocated from Glasgow to Smithfield, Queensland. His first-hand experience offered valuable insights into the opportunities and lifestyle that await international dentists considering a move to Australia.
The video's success led to a nationwide campaign, enhancing 1300SMILES brand presence and recruitment efforts.
Initially focused on Cairns, the video's impact was so significant that 1300SMILES expanded the project to include additional locations across Australia. This expansion underscored the effectiveness of authentic storytelling in connecting with potential candidates on a global scale.
By highlighting real-life success stories and the supportive community within 1300SMILES, the videos effectively communicated the professional growth and quality of life that come with joining their network.
This approach not only bolstered their recruitment campaign but also reinforced their position as a leading dental care provider committed to excellence.
